Nathuram's Court Deposition

Self Defense text
A very interesting read! Many might not agree, but definitely worthwhile to read.
I surely need to get my hand on Mi Nathuram Godse Boltoy.

It's always a good thing to have the alternative perspective on a story.

I have read this before, and find myself in a difficult position to make any moral judgements on Godse's action. Obviously, he acted out of complete faith in the righteousness of his deed, and there are significant merits to some his arguments.

However, like all extremists, he suffers from two flaws: 1) excessive conviction in his views (also called fundamentalism or fanaticsm) which does not admit the co-existence of other views 2) A tendency to exaggeration, which casts a cloud even over his valid points.

But again, this is a man facing certain death whose courage cannot be denied.
